At Limelight Diamonds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable luxury purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place your diamond jewelry in its original presentation box along with any laboratory certificates, and pack them securely inside a shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the stone and setting's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
