How long does shipping take?
Standard orders are typically processed and delivered within 5-7 business days. Custom-made or bespoke jewelry pieces may take 2-3 weeks to ensure perfect craftsmanship.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy for all standard items in their original condition. Please note that personalized or custom-engraved pieces are non-returnable.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, we provide a lifetime manufacturing warranty on all our jewelry. This covers any defects in material or workmanship, though it does not cover normal wear and tear or loss.
